BEAUTIFUL HOUSE BUILT IN 1930 DESIGNED BY PRESTIGIOUS ARCHITECTE

Located in Viladrau,  in the province of Girona, at only 70 Km from Barcelona.
Viladrau connects Les Guilleries and Montseny. The township stretches along the northern slopes of Mount Matagalls (1.694 m.) and Sant Marçal to the hills of Fàbrega (749 m.) and Puig-l'Agulla (810 m.). It includes the head of the River Major, into which waters from Matagalls and the Sant Segimon Massif flow.
An important part of the municipal Viladrau is in the Montseny Natural Park, declared on February 20th, 1987 by the Government of Catalonia to achieve their conservation in a manner compatible with the orderly use of resources and activities of their inhabitants.

The Montseny massif, due to geological variations, and the diversity and particularity of its ecosystems, has always been considered a place worthy of protection. In 1978 UNESCO included the Montseny within the World Network of Biosphere Reserves MAB (Man and Biosphere).

This "Noucentisme" trend  house is in a position to a good visual domain on the "Riera Major" Valley and the town of Viladrau in its full extent.
Has 856 square meters size built on 4 hectares, composed of the main building and 2 annexes than can be reconditioned as housing.
Of these 4 hectares, 3069 meters square are considered  land available for housing, which, under the current rules, it is possible to build another building as the planned subdivision in this area, in the General Plan of the Municipality, is the plot of 1,500 square meters.

The house was designed by the prestigious architecte Ramón Duran Reynals.
It has many architectural elements commonly used by architect Duran, as the loggia, the gazebo and decorative elements fired ceramic (terracotta), with absolutely eclectic elements of the classical period.
